Steps to Reproduce:

1. Visit the URL or the testcase.
2. Click the missing plugin icon.
3. After the wizard checks for a plugin, click "Manual Install".

Expected Result:

The page specified in the pluginspage attribute should be opened.

Actual Result:

Nothing happens, js console says:

Attachment: Manual Install Testcase

Couldn't get the PFS to show up with an object so the testcase uses an embed
instead, not sure if that's a bug or if I'm doing something wrong, will search
for it shortly.
