302999 - if multiple tabs open, closing one tab make a blank tab appear

If you have s few tabs open, closing the last one sometimes make another one
(sometimes two!) open.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open a few tabs.
2.Close the last one.
3.Sometimes 1 or 2 blank tabs appear.

Actual Results:  
The tab closed and some more tabs opened up

Expected Results:  
The tab should have closed with no extra tabs opening.

This is probably being caused by an extension. Do you see this same behavior in
safe mode? http://kb.mozillazine.org/Safe_mode

In safe-mode, it does not happen. If in safe mode, i set the "Show Tab bar when
only one tab is open" option, then it will happen. It usually happens when there
is a a few tabs open and you keep clicking the close tab button to get rid of
all the tabs.

Yes looks like a dupe of bug 224002, please reopen if you can reproduce with a
current trunk build (for example the beta version of firefox 1.5 when it is
released)
