A print preview of the above URL in IE6 will show correctly 5 pages and print 
the 5 pages. Firefox's print preview only shows the first page, cutting off 
the rest at the end of the page.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Copy/Paste the link in Firefox
2.Go to File>Print Preview...
3.Try printing the document

Actual Results:  
Only 1 page was printed.

Expected Results:  
The software should have printed all 5 pages of the document.
