side menu with sub-pages on website doesn't appear on Firefox

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. just go to the website. once you're there you'll see a vertical green stripe
on the left side of the main text. There was supposed to be a menu there.

Actual Results:  
You don't see the menu if your using firefox

Expected Results:  
Show the menu
This website is currently undergoing a redesign so this bug no longer is a problem for this site.
