303029 - error: start.mozilla.com does not exist

I cannot download Firefox completely because some sort of command, which the 
message tells me is "start.mozilla.com cannot be found. Check the name and try 
again."

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select "Free DOwnload" of Firefox
2. Download is completed - start to run Firefox
3. receuve "start.mozilla.com does not exist. Check the name and try again."

Actual Results:  
The program SEEMED to download competely, bu thwn I went to USE the program to 
accress the Internet, the "start.mozilla.com..." message appeared and Firefox 
did not access the Net

Expected Results:  
It should have downloaded EVERYTHING completely and Firefox should have 
allowed me to access the Nat.

The error you see is because the start.mozilla.com website does not exist. (It
should be start.mozilla.ORG) Did you try to visit any other websites, like
cnn.com or google.com? Did these sites load?

Are you saying you can not dowload firefox from mozilla.org using internet
explorer. OR that when you have downloaded and installed firefox it will not
open the website?

The latter sounds like a firewall configuration issue.
