When trying to 'Manage Subscriptions' for News and Blogs in the account prefs, a sheet will drop from the top. There is no dialog or exit from this sheet forcing the user to quit Thunderbird. OS X 10.4.2 version 1.0+ (20050801)

I am seeing this as well, and I just crashed after closing. Talkback TB8030484K.

Interesting. I also see it with todays Mac Tbird build. However, I smoketested this using the Manage Subscriptions Link when clicking on the News & Blogs account from the Folders Pane. In that case the subscriptions dialog opens as a Window and works as expected. Please use that as a workaround. Or use Esc to close the sheet. Force quit is not necessary
