Visiting the URL listed above causes CPU utilization to climb to 100%.

There are actually lots of URLs which do this, but I just happen to have found
this one at a time when I'm not too busy to file something in bugzilla :-)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Visit website
2. View CPU stats.

Actual Results:
Computer gets very slow, CPU gets very hot, laptop fan starts up, user gets annoyed.

Expected Results:
Displayed website then gone to sleep until user tried to do something else.

Obviously busywaiting somewhere. URL includes a flash-based ad (which doesn't
do anything -- just displays a completely static image of Adobe's Acrobat 7.0
logo with a "Visit Site" link in the top left corner)

Suggestion to get rid of this: Include flash in the same options which allow
you to disable Javascript, etc. I can't currently see any way to disable flash,
even though I'm fairly sure that it's the culprit that is causing CPU congestion.
Hm, loading the site with flash enabled I see CPU usage of 2-5% with some
sporadic peaks of 45%.
But in IE I see 80-90% continuously.
