In thunderbird 1.0.6 if images in a message are hidden, and I do print preview,
the images are downloaded.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open thunderbird 1.0.6
2.Load a message in which images are blocked
3.Choose print preview of this message

Actual Results:  
Blocked images are downloaded

Expected Results:  
Blocked images should not be downloaded when I choose print preview
