The "Machine Configuration" information on tinderbox.mozilla.org seems to be out
of date on a few tinderboxen. Here is the information I have gathered from
various trees. Apologies if I have been mistaken in thinking that if there is no
column with the name of a particular machine, then that machine is no longer
active as a tinderbox for that tree.

There should really be an automatic way to obtain/update this info. Updating this by hand is a real PITA.
This is really a tinderbox feature request; over to the tinderbox component.

As Coop notes, doing this by hand is a time sink.

I'm going to mark this wontfix; configurations change too much to do this by hand.

If someone wants to reopen, re-assign the bug to themselves, and write a patch to do this in an automated fashion, feel free.
