I am trying to load a webpage. The webpage will load corresponding CSS file based
on the screen resolution.

for Eg:800 X 600
      :1024 X 768

But the css not getting reflected while i change the resolution but it's getting
reflected in other browsers while i refresh.

In Mozilla version 1.4 it's getting reflected only when i close the browser and
reopen the site.

Reproducible: Always

Actual Results:
Page not refreshing properly.

HTML page with CSS.
How are you detecting the screen resolution? Can you post a testcase? This
sounds like a likely dupe of bug 62395.
Please provide a simple testcase and verify that the behavior still exists in
the lastest nightly build.
