This happened in Sunbird (for which I couldn't find a bug submission page, sorry.)

I was using the keyboard to move around the window, I tabbed to the Alert
checkbox, and hit space to check the box. It did not enable the number,
minutes/hours/days, or before the event starts/after it ends boxes. However,
once I used the mouse to uncheck the box and recheck it, the boxes are enabled.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select a date, double click it
2. Tab down to the Alert check box
3. Hit space bar

Actual Results:
The box checked, but did not enable the other necessary boxes

Expected Results:
It should have enabled the additional boxes so I could set WHEN the alert would
happen
CJ,
Can you download a nightly build of Sunbird and see if the problem still
exists there? Thanks.
The bug strangely disappeared after restarting the program. I guess it was just
a very odd fluke.
