When executing OS/2 sea monkey installer build for august 2nd, nothing is
displayed but system grinds to a halt where the mouse movements become erratic
and finally stop. System has to be rebooted to regain general system access.

Expected Results:  
Start to install sea monkey

Locks with no messages
Todays build(3rd August) loads and runs fine. Must have been a one off. So this
bug can be closed.
