Details

Steps:
1. Go to search bar (Ctrl+K)
2. Click on dropmarker or hit Alt+down arrow
3. Select "Add engines ..."
4. Select Wikipedia link
5. Hit OK

Results:
No Wikipedia entry has been added to the search engine choices, even if you exit
and relaunch Firefox (not sure if that's necessary).

I tried this with a fresh profile and it still didn't work. This is with the
August 1 trunk build.

It seems to me mycroft.mozdev.org is down.

Bug 248719 is slightly related: yeah, it fails silently.
Now, mozdev is back to working fine.
And bug 302399 fixed the 404 issue.
