303094 - Options dialog messed up

The options dialog looks messed up showing (what appears to me) an error in the
XUL. On the bottom of the options dialog, it says
"<label>&autoCheck.label;</label>" and an arrow underneath it pointing at the '&'.

Most tabs still have their content, but the "Advanced tab" is empty apart from
the OK and Cancel button.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Tools->Options
Actual Results:  
A messed up options dialog appeared

Expected Results:  
A properly formatted options dialog
