Reproducible: Couldn't Reproduce

Steps to Reproduce:
I tried to reproduce the problem by sending myself some test emails (a copy of
the same message even).

Perhaps there is some mailman specific headers that are tickling this bug?

The message is malformed.  They send the message out as quoted-printable, which 
means that the  =  in the URL needs to be escaped, and they failed to do that.
