It used to be that Ctrl-Shift-V (Cmd-Shift-V on the Mac) was a shortcut for Paste as Quotation. Now it's not. If this was a deliberate change, I can't find the bug about it. The shortcut was in 1.0.x (still in 1.0.6); I don't see it in 1.0_0725, Win2K.

the key binding is still getting defined in editorOverlay.xul as well so that's not it. How bizzare.
How about a shortcut for "Paste Without Formatting"? That would make the paste using shortcut functionality complete.
I'm missing this one, too. And in fact, many people from my company complain about this. I really hope that this is a bug and it will be available again in a future version.
