When you have a least of two tabs one hidden with a framed page and the selected
tab with any content. When you resizes de main window a an small size, changes
to the hidden tab and the new tab have no changed his aspect.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. open a framed page p.e.:

<FRAMESET framespacing="0" border="false" frameborder="0" rows="*,40">

</FRAMESET>
</FRAMESET>
</HTML>
2. Open a new tab with any content p.e. about:blank
3. Resize the firefox to a small size
4. Change to the tab with the framed page
Actual Results:
The framed page don't show correcty the frames
Expected Results:
resize the frames to adjust to the new window size

still see this problem when using FF 3.5 beta (or 3.0?)
