When loading an external link and Download Manager was the last active window
the focus will return to the download manager. 
I expect firefox to behave as normally in this situation to load the link in the
last browser window which had focus and should get focus back again.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Some Firefox-Browser Windows are open
2. Download-Manager is open and has focus .
3. Go to Thunderbird or other email Program
4. I click on a link inside an eMail (thunderbird)
5. Download-manager gets focus (link is loaded in a hidden browser window)



Expected Results:  
Focus on the newly loaded window
