303259 - Need a new SeaMonkey Quick Launch icon

Neil pointed out that  the Quick launch icon still displays the Mozilla dino head.
The icon (used in Help and in certain dialogs - the reference to the icon is in
communicator/dialogs.css) obviously needs to be replaced with a new
"SeaMonkeyish" one.

It's just a thing of replacing
mozilla/themes/classic/communicator/icons/turbo-systray.gif
and
mozilla/themes/modern/communicator/icons/turbo-systray.gif
both with the same picture I'll attach in a moment.

This image has the icon replaced by the one we're actually using at the moment.

Verified FIXED using build 2005-08-06-06 of SeaMonkey trunk running the Classic
theme under Windows XP SP2.
