I have received an email that has your signature. (see below)
I have no means to determine if this is valid or not.
How can I make that determination....and.....is this a valid email from you?

Bugzilla is not for asking these questions. Yes this is from bugzilla, it
clearly identifies itself as such, see bug 300987 which you filled and which the
email relates to. You can control if you recieve these emails in the pref link
at the bottom of bugzilla.

Invalid - User support question not a firefox/mozilla product bug.

When you sent the disposition of this bug, I was not able to distinguish between
a valid email from you and a bogus one. When I asked the question how to do
that, I was given a partial answer and no answer re the distinction. Also I was
told that this bug route was not the means to ask such a question. I can accept
that but there was no clue repeat no clue as to what avenue to take to ask such
a question. Will you please read my previous inquiry and respond in entirety?

Thank you,

How do you except us to identify that the bug is from bugzilla more than it
currently is? Should the emails be digitally signed? Why does it matter if you
can not distinguish between a bogus one, you can simply go to this web address
to check?

Support questions are meant to be asked in forums.mozillazine.org or on moznet
or usernet etc..

If you read the email headers it clearly identifies itself from bugzilla.

This is not a bug in firefox (the component this was filled against) therefore
there is no need to answer this in its entirety as it is Invalid as it is not a
firefox bug. Although I believe I have answered your origional comment in its
entirety.

If you wish to discuss this further I suggest you ask in #bmo on irc.mozilla.org.
