The update button displays the tooltip text, "Double-click here to check for
updates", but the button works with just a single click.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Mouse-over the Updates button
2.Read the tooltip
3.Click on the button to see that only one click is needed to launch the update
Firefox Update dialog

Actual Results:  
Single-clicking the Update button activates the Firefox Update dialog.

Expected Results:  
The Update button's tooltip should read "Click here to check for updates".

changes tooltip to "Click here for updates"

Adam, this bug is only applicable for the aviary branch which typically only
takes security fixes.
