Steps to Reproduce:
1.download from http://www.bugzilla.org/download/#howtoget
2.unzip
3.open bugzilla-guide.html from winzip

Actual Results:  
u will get html page but with missing many images

Expected Results:  
should uploaded images or inserted images in download suit.

many images are not showing and difficult to understand the guide.

Don't open from winzip.
You need to unzip all files, and then, using the Windows explorer, open from
where you unzipped to, and you'll see all images.
