Unable to change value of "Automatically add outgoing e-mail addresses" pulldown.

Details
Build ID: version 1.0+ (20050803), Windows XP
(I searched for numerous terms, none of which resulted in anything.)
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Tools | Address Book
2. File | New Address Book
3. Create one, click OK
4. Go to Tools | Options | Composition | Addressing
5. Try to change the value under "Automatically add outgoing e-mail addresses to
my [pulldown]" to your newly-created address book in step #3.
Expected Results:
The pulldown value allows you to choose your new address book and reflects the
new value.
Actual Results:
I'm unable to select anything; the default remains as [Personal Address Book]
