Details
User-Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; SV1; .NET CLR 1.0.3705; .NET CLR 1.1.4322; Media Center PC 3.1) Build Identifier: After downloading Firefox version 1.0.6, I lost all internet connectivity using Firefox. The bookmarks were correctly copied, but neither my homepage nor any of the bookmarks can be launched. I didn't record the full site address, but it ended with "...isu.edu.tw" I have no problem connecting using Explorer, but I like Firefox better. How can I get a working version of Firefox re-loaded? Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Launch the browser and get the popup message: "(any site address).com could not be found. Please check the name and try again." 2. 3. Expected Results: connected to the internet

Is your firewall correctly configured to allow Firefox 1.0.6? What version of Firefox were you using previously?

Actualy this isn't a support forum here. Try searching here: http://forums.mozillazine.org/search.php Select "Search for all terms" and search for "could not be found. Please check the name and try again" You should get many topics that already discussed your problem. This bug is invalid.
