To have more users testing the new update system we should change the
app.udate.url by default from
https://aus.mozilla.org/update2/0/%PRODUCT%/%VERSION%/%BUILD_ID%/%BUILD_TARGET%/%LOCALE%/update.xml
to
https://aus-staging.mozilla.org:8711/update2/0/%PRODUCT%/%VERSION%/%BUILD_ID%/%BUILD_TARGET%/%LOCALE%/update.xml

WONTFIX.  We already have a migration plan for moving everyone to a final value
for app.update.url.  The aus-staging URL with port 8711 is definitely not
something we want to continue using.
