This did not exist in 1.7.10. When you click on a link with a specified target
frame (like the "What's new" link on www.thp.org) it loads to the default frame,
not the specified frame.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to www.thp.org
2. Click on any of the links in the navigation bar to the right
3.
Actual Results:
Those that specify target="main" instead go to target="_top"
wfm here, do/did you have any extensions installed?
No, no extensions installed. Nice fresh install.

Strange! The problem vanished. Perhaps it was a temporary quirk on the website,
but I'm moving to cancel the bug report.
