This feed keeps downloading the same messages again and again. I have tried with
various rss plugins for outlook, none of them have had this problem.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add feed
2. Wait
3.

Actual Results:  
During a day it downloads quite many of the same rsspost. 

Expected Results:  
Download a post once, and just once.
