Import dialog, static text in this dialog not read. User must press ctrl+shift+w
to read all the contents of the dialog. Group llabel for the radio buttons not
read by the screen reader (Window Eyes).

    Steps to recreate the reported problem.

1. Alt+f for file menu
2. Press i for import dialog.
3.  Use tab to navigate.

The ROLE_GROUP parent of the radio button in the first screen has a description. This appears to be a Window-Eyes bug.
