When visiting a page on a server which cannot be found Firefox displays the XUL
error page. If the source of the page is refused the domain of the refused
connection page is missing.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Visit any domain which gives a refused connection (e.g. localhost)
2. View Source of page

Actual Results:  
Message 'The connection was refused when attempting to contact .'

Expected Results:  
Message 'The connection was refused when attempting to contact localhost.'
