This has been occuring more often on the newer iBooks and Powerbooks because the touchpads have 2 finger scrolling, and it's not too hard to accidentally move your fingers left/right while moving up/down (causing a mousescroll horizontally as well as vertically). Also, people using the new Mighty Mouse scroll ball (for mac/windows) run into the problem commonly. A better choice would be to set it the same as mousewheel.withnokey.(action|numlines|sysnumlines), so the page scrolls horizontally on a horizontal mouse scroll. Changed default action from back/forward history to linescroll 1 with system num lines (same settings as the vertical nokey scroll)
