Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Preferences > Advanced > Update.
2. Move focus around between the radio buttons and buttons several times (by
clicking).
Result: Many elements now have a little bit of stray focus glow on some edges.

This bug has been buried in the graveyard and has not been updated in over 5 years. It is probably safe to assume that it will never be fixed, so resolving as WONTFIX.
