Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to http://www2.cpttm.org.mo/cyberlab/antispam/index.html.en
2. Maximize FireFox's window in a 800x600 Windows 2000 (Chinese version if that
matters).
3. Under "Step 2", the text should be:

If you're already receiving lots of spam, it's too late to hide your email.
Then, you can install a spam filtering program. When you receive mails, it can
classify the mails and put those junk mails into the trash folder. POPFile
(http://popfile.sourceforge.net) is one of the best spam...

The second line is not displayed. Please see the screenshot.

4. If I resize the window, then the line will be displayed properly.

Works for me. The as missing quoted text is displayed in Fx 1.5rc3.
