** Observed with 3/3/2000 Win32 build ** The above URL shows a Thai page encoded in TIS-620. Many Thai pages uses <wbr>'s to compensate for the lack of good layout mechanisms on some browsers. But these <wbr>s on the page are showing as small dark circles under Mozilla. The same is true of Win-874 Thai pages: http://babel/projects/training/webpages/thainewswin874.html

9099 got fixed, so this problem has also been addressed. ftang, will we look into 11566 or leave it on buster's plate?
