If the person reciving the bugmail is not able to access the bugzilla server, 
due to firewalling. It whould be very helpfull to append x number of comments 
to the bugmail sent when changes happen. Or mayby more easy to implement all 
comments. This help the recipcient of the bugmail to get a fast overview of 
what is happening to the bug.
