favicon for bloomberg is large and not cropped nor scaled and covers entire tab
and some of other tabs, it should be scaled as favicons are supposed to be a
single size.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. visit http://www.bloomberg.com
Actual Results:  
tab got mangled by large favicon

Expected Results:  
resized favicon

WFM on Deer Park Alpha 2. Please attempt to replicate this bug on a more recent
build of Mozilla Firefox.

OK on Deer park alpha 2 I get it to work also. Tab expands to be large enough to
contain large favicon. Would prefer that the favicon is scaled.

Should this be changed to wishlist?

Favicon is scaled for me on DP2. Please check with the default theme, I suspect
this may be a theme issue.
