when viewing the page http://www.phillyforchange.com/ in the mozilla browser, a
bunch of extraneous, random characters appear at the bottom of the page.
HOWEVER if phillyforchange.com is viewed with the Internet Explorer browser, the
random characters do not show up and a clean, proper page is viewable. this
can, and has, been produced under many nightly builds of deer park/firefox.
the extraneous, random characters appear as such:

" + "=i;){y+ati;0=i(rof;''=y;\\\"=x.charAt(taM=j(rof{)71=+i;htgnel.x<=>j--;)71+"
+
"i,htgnel.x(nim.h;y}};)j(tArahc.x=+y{);i\";y='';for(i=0;i=i;){y+=x.charAt(j);}}y;";
while(x=eval(x));}hiveware_enkoder(); //]]> .

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to this website: http://www.phillyforchange.com/
2.
3.

Actual Results:
extraneous, random characters show up at the bottom of the page.

Expected Results:
the characters should not show up at all. they do not show up if Internet
Explorer is used.
Looking at the source of the page, one of the big comment blocks is invalid and
so firefox is closing it early. I guess this is either Tech Envangelism or a
dupe of bug 214476
plenty of errors
