In HTML-formulars the options of the select list are no longer rendered after
they are shift-doubleclicked. Sometimes the whole list disappears.
I have tried this with some formulars and the bug happened in ALL formulars. So
I think this is a general problem.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a site with a form including a select list (e.g. bugzilla search form)
2. Press Shift-Doubleclick on an item of the list


Actual Results:  
The item disappears. Sometimes the whole list disappears.

Expected Results:  
The item should be selected.

I have tested and found this in DP2, but after disabling adblock the problem
went away. If you have adblock in your 1.0.6 installation then please disable it
and try this again.

Disabling adblock the problem disappears with 1.0.6.

Extension issue, the adblock authors should be informed of this.
