Once i try to rename a folder, changing only the "case" of letters (uppercase or
lowercase), I get the message saying this folder name already exists, and so i
cant change the case of letters in folder names.
(just for example, this happens when i try to change "Thinkpad" to "thinkpad")

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a folder under "Local Folders", or anywhere really
2. name it "Thinkpad"
3. right click it, try renaming to "thinkpad"

Actual Results:
I got a messege saying "a folder with that name already exists"

Expected Results:
Rename the foder properly
