303593 - When I use ALT+D the active field is set to one within the web page, NOT the address bar

I understand ALT+D might be more IE centric, but it is still listed as a
keyboard shortcut for mozilla. 

An example: At this web page:https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=62429
When I press ALT+D it takes me to the bug ID field, not the address bar like it
should.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open browser
2. go to https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=62429
3. press ALT+D

Actual Results:  
active field is set to bug ID and not address bar.

Expected Results:  
set active field to address bar
