User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.10) Gecko/20050716 Firefox/1.0.6 (ax) Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.10) Gecko/20050716 Firefox/1.0.6 (ax) After bringing a new window or application the to the foreground, the newest build of firefox will have constant periods of inactivity about every 5 seconds, ranging from about 3 to 10 seconds in length. this makes viewing any web page very difficult to do Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.start firefox 2.bring a new window to the foreground 3.bring firefox back to the foreground and try to type, scroll, click on links, etc. Actual Results: constant stopping and starting of inactivity in the program's interface Expected Results: it should have continued to operate smoothly without hanging up
