If set in offline mode, FireFox still tries to connect to google.com during the
next application launch.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. set "work offline"
2. quit
3. re-launch
Actual Results:
Will attempt to contact google.com

Expected Results:
Well, if offline not attempt to contact google.com should be made.
