I run a two monitor (1600x1200 on each) setup using the proprietary nVidia
drivers for a dual-head nVidia video card, for an aggregate resolution of
3200x1200.  When opening the Preferences dialog in Deer Park (Edit->Preferences)
the dialog unexpectedly opens spanning the monitors (50% on left screen, 50% on
right).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Deer Park on a system with a dual-head video card (not known if card
must be nVidia).
2. Select Edit->Preferences.

Actual Results:  
Preferences dialog opens centered across the entire virtual monitor, causing it
to appear spanning both monitors and necessitating dragging to one or the other
side to be useable.

Expected Results:  
Preferences dialog should EITHER:

1) Open centered on the monitor on which the instantiating Firefox window is active.
OR
2) Open centered on the monitor on which the cursor is then-present.

As I understand it the drivers are able to emulate Xinerama, thus providing
applications appropriate positioning information so that maximizing, etc.,
applies to an individual monitor while still permitting windows to be dragged
across and manually placed spanning across both screens.

I have verified this in the current nightly build and in a previous build (Aug
01 build).
