No keyboard shortcuts work with the new password dialog. I would expect v, n,
and r to be linked to each respective button, and tab to allow me to move the
focus between buttons.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try to have the browser save a new password for a website.
2. Try and use keyboard shortcuts to deal with the dialog.
3.

Actual Results:
No response from the keyboard.

Expected Results:
Reacted to my keystrokes to press a button.

FWIW, tab works unless you haven't turned on "Full keyboard access".
