30370 - Message does not display in Local folder

Win32 (2000-03-03-14 M15)
Linux (2000-03-03-14 M15)
Steps:
1. Launch messenger using -mail option
2. From the Local Folder, select any folder, Draft or Inbox
3. Select a message

Actual result: No response, message does not display in the Message pane

Expected result: It should display in the Message pane

This occurs on Win32 and Linux only, it does not occur on Mac

got the fix in hand. we're assuming that there are actually identities
associated with every local mail store, my bad.

This problem has been fixed. I can display message in Local folder now.
