password should be inserted first, then page loaded, not vice versa

Opera does that one right, take a look if my explanation doesn't suffice ;-)
With big login pages, it can take quite a while until the site is fully
structured and loaded. Since the password manager waits until everything is
loaded it's a time waster, the ID and PW should be inserted as soon as the form
appears, so users can login at once and can skip the rest. Make sense? :-D

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to gmx.de or any other heavy load website
2. wait until page is complete (waaaaiiiit ;-) )
3. THEN login

Actual Results:  
actually, it happens between step 1-3: I have to wait :-)

Expected Results:  
FF should insert passwords and IDs right away
