Plain text file (with long line length) doesn't wrap at window edge.  Must
scroll horizontally to read paragraphs that consist of single long lines.
Paragraphs are delimited with newline twice (\n\n).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. load URL http://www.doctoryourself.com/news/v5n11.txt
2. read page.
3.

Actual Results:  
long lines ran off right side of window, have to scroll horizontally to read
complete line (paragraph).

Expected Results:  
wrap lines at window edge, and therefore scroll down to read paragraphs. 

Safari 1.3 (Mac OS X 10.3.9) -does- wrap plain text at window edge. 

Other browsers on my machine do -not- wrap.  (Mozilla, IE, OmniWeb)

I don't really know if this is new feature request, or a bug/fix request.

I'd almost definitely say WONTFIX. This is a core bug anyway. I can't find a
corresponding bug though. I doubt they'll change the way this acts.
