303731 - It shows the images wheather "Block images from" is checked or not

This happens when the images aren't from the network.
Example: There are on the hard disk.
When you open the popup menu on the image there is exactly this phrase "Block
images from" and nothing else like www.something.com.

I Don't think that is really big security bug , but i want to tell you about
this little security problem.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open a site containing images not from the network.
2.Check "Block images from".
3.Refresh the web site.
Actual Results:  
The images are shown.

Expected Results:  
The images mustn't been shown.

there's a long boring discussion about this behaviour in a Core bug.  This has
nothing at all to do with security whatsoever, as loading images is not a
security issue.
