When replying to a message, the line "username wrote:" is inserted just above a
copy of the message to which you are replying. This line should contain the
date and time of the message to which you are replying in addition to the
senders name.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:

Actual Results:
Date and time of original message not included in reply
Expected Results:
Include the date and time of the original message

You can already do this, there's just not a UI for it. See
