I opened a Web Page, it resized the window, and I almost correct the problem, the

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a page that forces full size
2. Try to fix the page size
3.

Actual Results:  
I couldn't find the resize button

Expected Results:  
Given me the option to Prevent the resize.
