Pseudo-followup to bug 237776: blank tabs' context menus should be disabled - there's no content and thus no context to have a menu about. There is no need to Bookmark, Save or Send a Link to about:blank; View Page Source and View Page Info are meaningless if there's no page, as is Select All if there's nothing to select. The only conceivable use of anything on the menu (other than badly-designed extensions' commands) is going Back and Forward. about:blank is not added to the session history when opening a new, blank tab then visiting a page, so it's not possible to go Back to about:blank and need to go Forward again. The only times a user would have anywhere to go Back to, from about:blank, is when navigating there manually or after closing the last tab. In both cases, the Back button on the toolbar suffices; besides, doing the former is user daftness (and the latter case shouldn't really exist - see bug 281012 comment 5). It's pointless to have a context menu for one item whose use is restricted to an edge-case and whose functionality is provided by the main toolbar.
This is only useful if there's just one tab, and its blank, and that's really corner casing things based on the initial report.
